As the team leader for the Information Table during the Revelation Speaks Peace Seminar, I have the unique privilege of interacting personally with many attendees. During this first week, my volunteers and I have had plenty of opportunities to connect with seminar participants and help them as they navigate registration, collect past evenings’ presentation outlines, or jot down something for the question box. As a result of the Information Table’s multiple functions, we also are able to interact with many of the same people repeatedly throughout the seminar.
The most encouraging parts of the week have been the stories shared by attendees who request multiple presentation outlines for friends, family, or neighbors which for one reason or another, are weighing on their hearts. How wonderful it is to hear and see their enthusiasm for the Word of God and their desire to immediately share what they have learned with those they care about. It is obvious that God has sparked a fire in their hearts!
Additionally, as my volunteers and I have studied the participant lists we are provided with each evening, I have reflected on the words of Psalm 139 as it applies to each listed name. Our Father knows each participant’s story intimately. He knows their every trial, joy, private struggle, and doubt. He knows what led them to this seminar and why. He knows everything about each person, and they are precious to Him. He loves them mightily. It has been a privilege this past week to catch glimpses of people’s life stories, put faces to names, and to know that our loving God is at work in each one of their lives.
