Search For A New Minnesota Conference President

Conference OfficeMonday, January 6, 2014, Elder Ed Barnett announced that he accepted a call to the Rocky Mountain Conference in Denver, Colorado.  While we will be sad to see Elder Barnett go, his departure leaves the president position vacant in the Minnesota Conference.  On January 28th the Conference Board and Nominating Committee met to begin the process of finding a new president.  A search committee has been formed which will process potential names.  If you have a name that you would like to be considered for this position, please submit the information to Tom Lemon, President of the Mid-America Union, by February 12, at his e-mail address: tolemon@maucsda.org.  After the search committee has compiled the list of names they will then narrow down the search to a small group of candidates.  These individuals will be submitted to the Conference Board and Nominating Committee who will then eventually extend an invitation.
